justify;\"><strong>NOTICE ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA IN THE CONTEXT OF EVENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pursuant to and for the purposes of (i) Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, no. 196, the &#8220;Privacy Code&#8221;, (ii) EU Regulation 2016\/679 on the &#8220;<em>protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data<\/em>&#8220;, the &#8220;GDPR&#8221;, art. 13, collectively referred to as &#8220;Privacy Legislation&#8221;, a series of obligations are imposed on those who carry out processing \u2013 <em>\u201cthe collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction<\/em>\u201d \u2013 (hereinafter the &#8220;<strong>Processing<\/strong>&#8220;) of information concerning an identified or identifiable natural person (the &#8220;<strong>Data Subject<\/strong>&#8220;).    <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>GO-Mobility s.r.l.<\/strong> located at <strong>Viale Luca Gaurico, 9 \u2013 00143 ROME (RM)<\/strong> (the &#8220;<strong>Company<\/strong>&#8220;) wishes to inform you, in the following sections, about the methods and purposes of the Processing of personal data concerning you.<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Data Controller<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>GO-Mobility s.r.l.<\/strong> located at <strong>Viale Luca Gaurico, 9 \u2013 00143 ROME<\/strong> (the &#8220;<strong>Controller<\/strong>&#8220;) <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20240914080735\/mailto:info@go-mobility.it\">info@go-mobility.it<\/a><\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Methods of collecting Data Subject&#8217;s data<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Controller may come into possession of your data in the following circumstances:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>in case of a contact request submitted via the company website, by email or by phone, to request information about the services and products provided by the Company;<\/li>\n<li>during the execution of a contract (purchase of a good or service), including pre-contractual negotiations<\/li>\n<li>in case of registration for events organized by the Company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Categories of data subject to Processing<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The following categories of personal data concerning you exemplify the types of data that may be collected and\/or processed through the various services and contact channels described in this document:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Identification data<\/strong> \u2013 information regarding name, address, phone number, email address, as well as images (photos\/videos) taken during events organized by the Company.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">hereinafter also &#8220;Data.&#8221;<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Purpose, legal basis, and retention period<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Your personal data will be processed, for the purposes described below, mainly using electronic tools:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Event Participation: your personal data is processed to allow you to participate in the event, as well as to carry out the consequent organizational, administrative activities, service communications for the fulfillment of all activities related to your participation in the event, as well as notifying participants of subsequent initiatives and\/or event reminders through the contact data provided during the contact request and\/or registration.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Legal basis for processing:<\/em> to execute the contract of which you are a party (art. 6 par. 1 lett. b) of the GDPR) the processing is necessary for the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the Controller coinciding with the promotion and effective management of events (art. 6 par. 1 lett. f) of the GDPR).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Data retention policy:<\/em> the Data may be retained for the time necessary to achieve the purpose and until the User communicates the desire for deletion.<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Compliance with legally binding obligations: the Controller processes the Data to fulfill any civil, administrative, fiscal, accounting obligation, provided by law, regulation, European legislation, or an order from the Authority and arising from participation in the event.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Legal basis for processing<\/em>: to execute the contract of which you are a party (art. 6 par. 1 lett. b of the GDPR), to fulfill a legal obligation to which the Controller is subject (art. 6 par. 1 lett. c of the GDPR).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Data retention policy<\/em>: the Data may be retained for the time necessary to fulfill legal obligations and until the User communicates the desire for deletion.<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Defense in legal proceedings for the rights of the Controller: where the obligation arises, the Controller will provide information concerning you to the Authorities and bodies responsible for law enforcement, regulations, and judicial acts, as well as to third parties in litigation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Legal basis for processing<\/em>: for the pursuit of a legitimate interest of the Data Controller consisting in defending its own right or advancing a claim arising from participation in the event, unless your interests or fundamental rights prevail (art. 6 par. 1 lett. f of the GDPR).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Data retention policy<\/em>: the data may be retained until the User communicates the desire for deletion.<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Promotion of the company brand: to promote the Company&#8217;s activity, during events organized by the Company, images concerning you may be collected and published on brochures, the website, <em>social<\/em> channels, and\/or any other form or means of transmission, existing or future invention.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Legal basis for processing<\/em>: freely given consent to the Processing of data (art. 6 par. 1 lett. a) of the GDPR). Remaining in the place where the event will take place will be considered as consent to audiovisual collection and possible subsequent dissemination. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Data retention policy<\/em>: the images will be stored in the Company&#8217;s archives until consent is revoked, without prejudice to publication in printed catalogs or other dissemination media.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">If the Controller intends to process your Data for purposes other than those described above, it is required to inform you of such additional purposes before carrying out the Processing.<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Nature of data provision<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The provision of data for the purposes referred to in letters a), b), and c) is mandatory and is strictly functional to the execution of the contractual relationship. Any refusal to provide them could result in the impossibility for the Controller to register for the event; as well as to fulfill obligations and exercise specific rights of the Data Controller or of your entitlement arising from the existing relationship between you and the Company.    <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The provision of data referred to in letter d) is instead optional and the lack of authorization and\/or subsequent revocation of consent will result in the impossibility of carrying out the activities indicated therein.<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Methods of Data Processing<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In relation to the purposes indicated above, the Controller performs the Processing of data, in compliance with the security measures referred to in art. 32 of the GDPR, using manual, electronic, and telematic tools, suitable for storing, managing, and transmitting the same data, solely for the purpose of pursuing the purposes for which they were collected and, in any case, in a manner that ensures their security and confidentiality, as well as compliance with the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency. <\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Scope of Data communication<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Your Data may be made accessible to:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>employees and collaborators of the Company in their capacity as persons authorized and\/or designated for Processing and\/or system administrators;<\/li>\n<li>consultants and suppliers who \u2013 on behalf of the Controller \u2013 perform administrative, accounting, fiscal, or legal activities in outsourcing;<\/li>\n<li>IT service providers offering services related to information technology and IT infrastructure;<\/li>\n<li><em>marketing<\/em> agencies for event management and advertising campaigns;<\/li>\n<li>Supervisory Bodies, Judicial Authorities, as well as all institutional entities to which communication is mandatory by law for the fulfillment of the aforementioned purposes;<\/li>\n<li>other third parties in order to perform the specifically requested services. Only the information necessary for the performance of the related functions is provided to such third parties. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Transfer of Data to a third country or an international organization<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Personal Data is processed within the European Union and stored on <em>servers<\/em> located there. It is understood that the Controller, if necessary, will have the right to transmit such Data to a third country or an international organization and\/or move the servers even outside the EU. In such a case, the Controller ensures from now on that the transfer of Data outside the EU will take place in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, as per art. 44 et seq. of the GDPR.   <\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Rights of the Data Subject<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Company informs you, finally, that pursuant to the current legislation on personal data protection, you may exercise specific rights at any time \u2013 as per articles 15-22 of the GDPR \u2013 and in particular you may request the Controller:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>the right of access, i.e., the possibility to obtain from the Controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data is being processed and, if so, to obtain access to your personal data;<\/li>\n<li>the right to rectification, including the integration of incomplete personal data;<\/li>\n<li>the right to erasure of data without delay at the request of the Data Subject and mandatorily if:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>the personal data is no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which it was processed;<\/li>\n<li>the consent on which the Processing is based is revoked and there is no other legal basis for the Processing;<\/li>\n<li>the personal data has been processed unlawfully;<\/li>\n<li>the personal data must be erased to comply with a legal obligation under EU or Member State law.<\/li>\n<li>the Data Subject objects to the Processing and there is no overriding legitimate reason to proceed with the Processing, or when they object to the Processing in the cases provided for by art. 21, paragraph 2, of the GDPR (personal data processed for direct <em>marketing<\/em> purposes); <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>the right to restriction of processing in cases where the accuracy of personal data is contested (for the period necessary for the Data Controller to verify the accuracy of such personal data) or the Processing is unlawful and\/or the Data Subject has objected to the Processing requesting its restriction;<\/li>\n<li>the right to data portability, as the ability to receive from the Controller in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, the personal data and to transmit such data to another data controller, only in cases where the Processing is based on consent and for the sole data whose Processing is carried out by automated means;<\/li>\n<li>the right to object to the Processing of your personal data without prejudice to the right of the Data Controller to demonstrate the existence of legitimate reasons to proceed with the Processing;<\/li>\n<li>the right to withdraw consent at any time, where the Processing is based on your explicit consent, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out until the withdrawal;<\/li>\n<li>the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority of the Member State where you reside or usually work or of the State where the alleged violation occurred, without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, in case of violations of the provisions of the aforementioned Regulation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">If you wish to have more information on the Processing of your personal data and exercise the rights previously indicated, you can send a written request using the contacts provided in the &#8220;Data Controller&#8221; section of this notice. In case of a request from you for information regarding your data, the Controller will respond as soon as possible \u2013 unless this proves impossible or involves a disproportionate effort \u2013 and in any case no later than thirty days from the request.
